Return Policy

We want you to absolutely adore your Miramar Swim Crochet Bikini! However, for instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product or size, we are happy to offer you a store credit. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@miramarswim.com and notify us of your order number, as well as the reason for the return, and our team will be in touch with you promptly.

Sale and discounted items are a final sale and are not eligible for a return, and store credit.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains), and in its original, unaltered condition. Merchandise will be refused if there are any signs of damage or wear.

Returned merchandise must be post-marked within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns made beyond the 7-day limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order. 

All returned merchandise must be properly labeled as "Return of Goods" on the exterior of the package as well as on any accompanying customs declaration forms. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the sender and must be settled before an exchange can be processed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Miramar Swim to be returned. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using trackable mail, as Miramar Swim is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

All Miramar Tropical Collection bikinis are a final sale due to low inventory levels.

Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced at our expense, provided that you notify us about that within 7 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise that is designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or the import dues associated with the delivery are not paid, the recipient is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of re-shipping.

No changes to the order or cancellations can be made once the order is placed.



Privacy Policy

Personally-identifiable information (such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number) will not be collected unless given by you voluntarily and knowingly. In the case that you do submit personally-identifiable information to us, it may be stored by Miramar and may be used by Miramar to contact you. Your personally-identifiable information will not be sold, rented or disclosed to a third party for use in marketing or solicitation. Miramar will confidentially maintain your personal information and will use it only to enhance or support your relationship with us.
